General Terms and Conditions

of Massage DeLuxe, Operated by
LEXPO TRADE s.r.o.

  1. Introduction

    • These Terms and Conditions govern the relationships between LEXPO TRADE s.r.o., ID No.: 17643694, located at Na Bělidle 63/1, 150 00 Prague 5-Smíchov (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and its clients (hereinafter referred to as “Orderers”).

  2. Services

    • The Provider offers a wide range of massages and cosmetic services, with details available on the website www.MassageDeLuxe.cz.

  3. Reservation and Payment

    • Services can be booked by phone. Payment is possible in cash or through Sodexo.
    • Vouchers can be ordered by phone and redeemed when booking available slots at the salon, according to the voucher’s validity date.

  4. Gift Voucher Terms

    • No refunds are provided on gift vouchers. If the service cost is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount is not refunded.
    • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and valid only until the date specified on the voucher.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation or rescheduling of a service is free of charge if done at least 2 days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  6. Personal Data Protection

    • The Provider guarantees that the personal data of Orderers will not be shared with third parties and will be used only for the Provider’s marketing purposes, including analyses from Google Analytics for Google Ads.

  7. Marketing Communications

    • By subscribing to newsletters, Orderers agree to receive information and marketing communications about news and special offers from the Provider.

  8. Final Provisions

    • These conditions are effective from November 11, 2023, and replace all previous arrangements and agreements. The Provider reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.
