Want something else? We will issue a voucher for any treatment on the price list, or for an amount of your choosing. Just call us or drop by the salon.
The terms, without the small print
Valid for 12 months
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the day it is issued, and the exact date is printed on it. After that date it can no longer be redeemed, so do not hide it too well.
Issued to a named person
We issue the voucher in the recipient's name, and under our terms and conditions it is not transferable to anyone else. If you need an exception, please call us before you buy.
No refunds
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and its price is not refundable. If the treatment costs less than the voucher, the difference is not paid back. If they pick something more expensive, they top up the difference on the day.
How it is redeemed
Just quote the voucher code when booking. The usual rule applies: cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment counts as time used.
Prefer to do it in person?
You can also buy a voucher at our reception by Anděl, every day between 10 and 20 h. Call ahead and we will have it ready before you arrive.
