to better organize our work and ensure your reserved time, we have introduced a reservation deposit. It often happens that clients cancel their booking at the last minute or do not show up. In such cases, not only does our masseuse lose valuable time, but another client also cannot book that time slot.
We kindly ask you to pay a reservation deposit of 500 CZK to our account.
This amount is always deducted from the total price of your massage.
If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel earlier than 48 hours before your booking, we will gladly refund the deposit to your account.
