Choose a length
Some massages are meant to fix something. Others are meant to give something back. The aroma oil relaxation massage belongs firmly in the second group. The point is not to hunt down every knot but to bring body and mind to the state where they finally switch off. And for that, scent is as much a tool as the therapist's hands.
Before we start we offer you a few aromatic oils to smell. Lavender calms and sets you up for sleep, citrus lifts, woody and resinous notes slow the breath, mint clears a heavy head. The choice is not a cosmetic detail: smell is the only sense wired directly into the limbic system, the part of the brain that decides whether you feel safe.
Your therapist works in long, unbroken strokes over the whole body: back, legs, arms, and the abdomen and head if you would like. Pressure is medium, the pace deliberately slow, and contact is never broken between areas. The aim is a steady, predictable rhythm, which the nervous system answers by dropping your heart rate and letting muscle tone fall. Most people lose track of time somewhere around the halfway mark.

Can I choose the scent myself? Yes. We offer you several oils to smell before we start. If you are allergic to something or pregnant, tell us in advance and we will use a neutral base instead.
Will oil be left on my skin and clothes? We remove the excess with warm towels at the end, so you can dress straight away. What remains absorbs within the first hour and is good for your skin.
Sixty minutes or ninety? The hour covers the whole body at a proper pace and suits most people. Choose ninety if you want longer on the back and feet, or simply have nowhere to be.
