Destress is the longest of our anti-stress treatments and the only one run as a complete ritual. Seventy-five minutes is roughly how long it takes most people to stop mentally ticking off their to-do list and actually drop into rest. A shorter massage releases the muscles. This one also reaches what makes them tighten in the first place.
The difference is not in the number of strokes but in the pace and in what surrounds the work. It begins in warmth and quiet, moves slowly through the whole body, and ends with time in which nobody is hurrying anywhere. That unbroken sequence is why you get further than in a fifty-minute session, where there is never room for the ending.
We work with Ayurvedic cosmetics: warm oils and herbal preparations used in India for centuries. The oil is heated so it absorbs more easily and holds warmth on the skin for longer, and the warmth is half the effect, releasing muscular tension before your therapist has even touched it. The scent is soft and earthy rather than perfumed.
The anti-stress massage runs fifty minutes and goes straight to where tension sits: neck, shoulders, lower back, jaw. Destress is longer, is run as a ritual, uses Ayurvedic cosmetics and covers the whole body. For targeted relief between two meetings, choose the anti-stress massage. To switch off properly, choose Destress.

Do I have to undress completely? No. You keep your underwear on and the rest of you stays covered; only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.
Will oil be left on me? A light film stays on the skin and absorbs into it, which is the point. Your hair is not involved. Bear it in mind when choosing what to wear and go for the more comfortable option.
Can I fall asleep? By all means. It happens often; your therapist will let you sleep and wake you gently at the end.
How often is it worth coming? With sustained stress, every two to three weeks. The effect accumulates and tension starts returning more slowly.

A 500 CZK deposit confirms your slot and is deducted from the price of the treatment. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and we refund it in full.
